Apogee Service Teams Perform Strongly in November

Apogee statistics from November are in and after analysing the figures, it is clear last month was positive for Apogee and our clients, with strong performances across all our service teams.


The number of large projects that are being overseen by our Project Management Office has increased last month to a total of 31, an increase from 23 in October. The team are responsible for ensuring successful deliveries of projects, no matter how complex which is improving the overall installation process for our customers.

This November, Apogee installed a total of 1131 devices for our customers. This figure is thanks to all our Warehouse and Delivery staff working up and down the country who make it possible to provide all customers with a safe carriage and installation of various devices.

Our Managed Services Operation Centre (MSOC) have also had a busy month, completing an incredible 21,948 calls with a rapid response time of 1.44 minutes. The team work hard to reach these figures because customer service and fast solutions are a vital part of the business. As well as answering calls, MSOC are also contactable through live chats and have received 838 this November.
