Apogee’s Commitment to Diversity and Inclusivity
Apogee believes that for businesses to innovate and grow, they must maximise the power of different opinions, perspectives, and cultural references. At Apogee, we know that when we act on our commitment to diversity, we utilise the strength found in our differences and, as a result, deliver excellent standards for our clients.

Inclusivity and diversity are woven into our core values and are an integral part of the Apogee DNA. We firmly believe ‘Team Apogee’ must live and breathe the same passion and desire to make a positive contribution and genuinely understand the meaning of these values and the benefits they deliver to themselves, our clients, and society.
Following our first sustainability report last year, Apogee is taking the proper steps to ensure we have the right strategy to drive positive change throughout our organisation and raise awareness about important topics in society today.
As we continue to raise awareness of our sustainability efforts, as seen with our recent beach clean-up events, we will also focus on our other core values including, diversity and inclusivity.
For Black History Month this October, we will be educating employees on our values as a diverse organisation. We will also be supporting Show Racism the Red Card with an annual Wear Red Day on 22nd October to help fund anti-racism action for adults and young people across the UK.
We believe these activities are just another step in the right direction to help make a positive contribution to society.
Fostering a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion has been integral to Apogee’s success but our work is far from done. The events happening in society today are not there to hide from but rather to use as a catalyst for further changes. We are continuing to break down barriers within Apogee advancing equality, social justice, and support for our communities. It’s not just the right thing to do. It also makes us a stronger, more innovative, and better aligned with our clients’ values
