Apogee Launches Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Apogee's Executive Leadership Team (ELT) have been reviewing the current benefits provided to our employees and looking at ways we can better support our staff. Employee wellbeing is a top priority and something we take very seriously. In line with this, we have introduced an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), through which all employees will be provided with free help and support with home and work life worries.

Given the current climate and the severe impact Covid-19 has had, we have contracted with AXA Health who will provide a confidential counselling and advice service for employees and their family. Employees will be able to call the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to discuss concerns ranging from mental health, financial or physical wellbeing to any work related challenges that they may face.

Employees will also have access to information on a wide range of topics through an online portal which can be used by them and their families. With anxiety and mental health cases on the rise, it is important to take advantage of the help and information that’s available and to take the opportunity to talk to someone about your problems and concerns. Apogee cares about our employees as individuals and want to ensure we do what we can to safeguard their wellbeing.
