Crucially, we had to ensure that our clients were able to register, access and manage the range of client services available to them at Apogee. Our Client Services section allows clients to login or register for our ‘Client Portal’, request engineer visits, order toner, receive remote support and provide feedback.
Alongside an enhanced Client Services portal our updated Professional Services wheel has been made more prominent, detailing all the services within our market-leading PS portfolio. From super-efficient document processes and workflows to mail optimisation, information surrounding all our services are now available in a brand new user experience, enabling you to easily discover how Apogee can transform the way your business operates.
