The easiest way to get tech support direct from your printer: Tap for Service

With just the touch of a button, Tap for Service enables clients to request technical support for printers faster than ever before.

Apogee Corporation has announced the official launch of Tap for Service, an app that allows clients to request technical support for printers with just the touch of a button.

Unhindered by hold queues, Tap for Service requests go directly to Apogee’s Customer Support Centre; and with full device histories recorded in-app, helpdesk technicians and engineers are equipped with the knowledge to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

By removing the need for users to call or email tech support, Tap for Service takes all of the hassle out of organising fixes for printers – and since the software is installed as part of the system interface, support can be requested directly from the print device for maximum convenience.

By streamlining this support process, Tap for Service also enables companies to maximise their productivity – since less time needs to be spent co-ordinating repairs through their managed print provider.

"Making things easier and faster for our customers is always our focus,” says Rachel Banks, Head of Product Management, ‘and technical support has a reputation for coming with a lot of rigmarole – long wait times, communication issues, etcetera.”

“But Tap for Service cuts through all of that. We’ve invested in technology to drive efficiency for our clients; and produced a fast, responsive support service that couldn’t be easier to use.”
