Apogee’s Remote Worker programme helps users to stay as productive as possible whilst working from home, with the latest print technology from HP combined with our Managed Ink Service, that automatically delivers ink straight to your door.
Each device has also been entitled with a Care Pack for technical support meaning we’re there to assist you whenever you need it. With the service being designed specifically for users who are based remotely and / or in small office spaces, Apogee’s Managed Ink Service is a simple and cost effective solution which enables users to print to an extremely high performance using the latest HP OfficeJet Pro A4 MFD technology.
As well as being delivered directly to your home address, Apogee’s Managed Ink Service functions through one single contract which consolidates invoicing so clients don’t have to worry about multiple invoices and contracts for each home user device.
Using Apogee's Remote Management Application (ARMA), we monitor the device ink levels remotely every day and dispatch replacement inks to home address via our distributor as and when users need them. On top of this, we are also able to collect meter readings remotely and send a consolidated quarterly invoice to the client to keep them updated of their usage.
