Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Sales/Account management professional to join our established and successful technology-based business, in this fantastic Sales Account Management role you will be given several current customer accounts to manage in a specific area of the Northwest of the country.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Account Manager is to work closely with our Customers and the Account Director to deliver improvements, maximise contract performance and identify additional revenue. The position requires the candidate to understand our customers every need whilst providing excellent customer services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with customers over the phone and email as well as attend visits via video link and in person, so complete flexibility is required.

A key point to this role will be to identify and develop additional sales opportunities for hardware, software, and affinity partners within the customer accounts you manage. Our business is rapidly growing, and we are offering more solutions that can be upsold to our customers.

 

Essential Requirements:

We are ideally looking for candidates with a background within print management or managed IT solutions, however if you are a seasoned sales and account management professional with excellent communication skills and strong account management, then we would love to hear from you, especially if you have sold within the telecoms or similar industry delivering on leased products with the understanding of contract management.
