Strategic Account Coordinator

The role of Strategic Account Coordinator is to ensure that our priority clients’ accounts are monitored and managed effectively, ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently achieved and our customers receive a high-level dedicated service.


  • Monitoring and maintaining of bespoke customer portals
  • Logging service calls on internal systems
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Liaising with customers contacts
  • Creating and running regular and ad-hoc reports in excel
  • Analysing and challenging monthly performance data

Person Specification

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal colleagues and external customers
  • Ability and willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
