Settlements Administrator

In the role of Settlements Administrator, you will interact with customers, funders and a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure all cancellation / settlement requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient way.


  • Generating settlement figures and liaising with finance companies
  • Communicating with customers to inform them of settlement details
  • Liaising with the Sales Department prior to sending correspondence to customers
  • Dealing with settlement requests from Sales within agreed SLAs
  • Generating invoices and completing relevant administrative duties
  • Ensuring that all contract finalisations are completed
  • Keeping a log of all requests and update notes on in house CRM system (Radius)
  • Dealing with queries arising from the day-to-day activities of the department
  • Requesting collection of equipment when required

  • Knowledge of MS Office programmes and outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and can respond to multiple deadlines, ensuring they are always
  • Must be able to work both in a team and be able to use their own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
