Settlements Administrator
In the role of Settlements Administrator, you will interact with customers, funders and a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure all cancellation / settlement requests are dealt with in a timely and efficient way.
Responsibilities
- Generating settlement figures and liaising with finance companies
- Communicating with customers to inform them of settlement details
- Liaising with the Sales Department prior to sending correspondence to customers
- Dealing with settlement requests from Sales within agreed SLAs
- Generating invoices and completing relevant administrative duties
- Ensuring that all contract finalisations are completed
- Keeping a log of all requests and update notes on in house CRM system (Radius)
- Dealing with queries arising from the day-to-day activities of the department
- Requesting collection of equipment when required

- An attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Knowledge of MS Office programmes and outlook
- Excellent communication skills and can respond to multiple deadlines, ensuring they are always
met - Must be able to work both in a team and be able to use their own initiative
