Job Purpose

The role provides the strategic approach and key management for Partner Services for and on behalf of HP. The primary responsibility is to ensure a high level of support to HP Customer Service and Direct Sales.

The Partner Services Manager is a driver of process improvement, supporting HP with the onboarding of new services and clients, adapting to ever-changing customer needs. The role holder will identify and develop service models as part of the onboarding process of the wider project team both pre- tender and during project, as and when appropriate. They will continuously monitor engagement to drive customer success and experience through lifecycle.

This is a partner facing and active office-based role to maintain a highly successful partnership with HP; ultimately delivering effective support for HP resulting in mutual growth, market success and profitability for both HP and Apogee.

  • Management of our HP Partner relationship for services and support specifically provided for and on behalf of Apogee to HP in the UK&I and internationally aligned to Apogee operating countries, namely Germany and Jersey and additional countries as part of continued growth.
  • Work closely with Apogee’s Service and Operations Teams, Project Management Office (PMO) to facilitate services including all vendors.
  • Collaborate with HP key stakeholders in Customer Service and Sales to facilitate service delivery and cost, and commercial models in pursuit of sales, bids and tenders.
  • Support continued service delivery to HP clients with the aim of client retention and provision of additional services.
  • Streamline the delivery of support for HP Customer Service and Direct Sales with effective, preferred service partners in country and in collaboration with Apogee procurement.
  • Drive continuous improvement and development of processes, management information, reporting aligned to key performance metrics to support performance management, profitability, business growth and future strategy.
  • Auditing, monitoring and identification of process improvements as part of the services operational organisation’s capability to deliver exceptional support for HP Customer Service and Direct Sales.
  • Continually develop the HP Services support strategy including effective service delivery and cost models, service levels, SLAs, preferred partners and management aligned to Apogee go-to-market strategy and strategic growth plans.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to conduct monthly and quarterly reviews, customer service designs, service costs and delivery models.
  • Analyse and utilise management information as the foundation for assisting HP Customer Service and Direct Sales functions in the development and improvement of Apogee’s services offering.
  • Attend review meetings as required.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven track record in service management able to demonstrate continuous improvement and implementation of new customers and processes.
  • Extensive service support background.
  • Comprehensive understanding of service delivery models, service levels, key management metrics and information.
  • Ability to think and operate at strategic level, a forward thinker.
  • Self-managing and able to prioritise multiple tasks at once with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Capable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to drive and develop teams to support business growth, individual growth and development.
  • Management and Leadership skills.
  • Passionate about service delivery, internal, external.
  • Bilingual an advantage.
