Logistics Administrator Supervisor (Ireland)
We are looking to recruit a Logistics Administration Supervisor to work within our Third Party Logistics Providers (3PL) facility situated in Calmount Business Park, Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all hardware & consumable orders received are accurately recorded onto the Apogee WMS and SILO order management tools as well as reporting any damaged items / none item received to the respective suppliers , this role will also include scheduling the completed orders with the respective client and management of legacy items returned
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with 3PL service provider to ensure all orders received are accounted for
- Run relevant reports from the internal system to show all new orders & back order reports.
- Manage suppliers if stock is not received by the requested due date on the purchase order, updating systems with relevant back order information if applicable
- Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and all internal departments, liaising with them regularly
- To resolve queries relating to manufacturer and/or distributors invoices
- Answer queries with regard to stock availability and progress of orders through the system.
- Accurate data entry
- To achieve personal and team key performance targets
- Liaising with external and internal departments to support and drive customer centricity, strong relationships and process improvement
- Processing email requests sent to the team mailboxes
- Develop and support relationships within all aspects of the company
- To assist other functions within the team as and when required
- Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as requested by the line manager
Person Specification
- With an eye to the future, the successful candidate will have a positive attitude and contribute towards streamlining and improving existing processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time restraints and changing priorities
- An independent worker with excellent organisational and team skills
- Highly motivated with an eye for detail
- Experience in delivering high levels of customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of management and customers internal and external
- Strong mathematical skills
- A desire to develop and learn new skills
- Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to conclusion
- Ability to interpret data presented in spreadsheets and generated from software systems
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
